Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. We will take 3-5 business days to prepare your order. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-40 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You can check the delivery option and shipping fee on the product page. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. For more detail of shipping carriers, please refer to our shipping policy.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just send us an email and we can help you further.
Before you contact us you should check these things:
-Check your email and find the tracking number with the link to check it
-Go to your "Account" and check if the adress you wrote is correct
-Check if you received a notification at your adress to pick up your stuff, it could be at the post office
-Check if your neighbour received your packet with your name
After doing this and not finding it, please send your Order Number to our customer service
Payment
We support VISA, Master, AMEX, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay, Paypal, Bitcoin, etc. Payment is processed through Shopify or Paypal.
Possible reasons for refunding money:
- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- The products you ordered were out of stock, if we cannot contact you in 5 days after we receive your payment, we will refund for you.
Our store currency is USD. All payment are processed with USD. Currency exchange rate may apply.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. For more detail of returning your product, please refer to our refund policy.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
VAT / Sales Tax
We do not add any additional charges or taxes in China. Possible additional costs to you may include:
- Bank transfer charges,
- Paypal money upload charges,
- If you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from Celehomey, Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country
